The quality of our repair meets or exceeds ANSI/EASA Standard AR100-2015.

We dismantle, steam-clean and sand-blast the components.

We test each component to determine the necessary repair(s).

All motors are wound to Class H specification using inverter duty wire.
-
All windings are vacuum pressure impregnated (VPI) using class H varnish.
-
Slot liners and phase insulation are Nomex.
-
All sleeving used for jumpers and connections can withstand a 2000 volt surge.

We tension-band armatures with Permafil-treated glass banding to hold the coils in place.

We turn, dynamically balance and undercut the armatures to the proper depth to extend the operating life of the motor, to prevent premature shorts and to increase brush life.

All motors are continuous-wound without weld connections on jumpers.

We only use the highest quality bearings.

Motors are tested with 2500 volts to ground.

Amperage and resistance are measured in every phase individually.
